This is a site for the members of Zambia Alpha One LLP anyone with a registered interest in Zambia Alpha One should signup for updates. It is important that all members act cohesively in order to safeguard the continuance of this important Bio Aviation Fuel Project in Zambia.
Douglas Blackwell had an amazing vision for producing sustainable Bio Aviation Fuel in some of the poorest countries in the world. Douglas has made a mistake trusting "Dr" Peter McHendry, who did not fulfil on his comitment to the members of Zambia Alpha One LLP, the local people as well as the Zambian Government and as a result was deported from Zambia.
Because of these actions, supported by reciprical accounts for the Members Funds administrated by Designated Member McHendry, it was impossible to show competent administration of our investment to the Financial Services Authority, the upshot of this could result in Criminal Charges against McHendry under S2, S3 & S4 of the Fraud Act 2006 as well as the Civil Action currently being undertaken by Members.
Currently $50,000 is needed to save the project and bring it to the point of a meaningful harvest, in order to secure a deal with Shell Renewables or leverage the existing biological assets Zambia Alpha One LLP must be a going concern.
This will require a corporate restructure with returns being alocated on a meritocratic basis, for those members who comit more time and resources need to be rewarded for their comitment to this project.
